Villagevoice.co.za is an independantly owned website, created as a support facility for the Hangklip-Kleinmond Book. Designed by locals who are passionate about the area, the content has been researched & investigated with the aim to provide up to date information on the area and to promote local business and tourism in a responsible way in an effort to keep this hotspot of Biodiversity pristine and protected for all to enjoy - including future generations.
The Hangklip-Kleinmond Book is an anual publication and contains the full telephone directory for RooiEls, Pringle Bay, Betty's Bay & Kleinmond – business and private, with a handy index of businesses in the front and is part of a series of very successful town guides published by Salamander Publishing in Greyton. The Greyton Book, The Franschhoek Book, Die Caledon Boek and The Stanford Book have all become established publications in their towns. The guides are the brainchild of Rowan Millson, also the publisher of the Overberg Meander . Ronel Theron of Villagevoice is the local representatives for Salamander, collecting the information and advertising for the area.
